We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind our products, which is why we accept returns within the first 30 days from the day your items arrive.
Please email customerservice@colonelblades.com. Please provide us with the original order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason you are returning it. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and instructions. Pack and seal the items securely, in the original carton and packaging, and include a copy of the instructions we have sent to you. If you do not have the original packaging, please package the merchandise securely to avoid damage.
You are responsible for picking your own shipping method and paying the cost of shipping. We suggest you request a delivery confirmation tracking number. Please retain your tracking number so you can track your package should it become lost in transit. Due Cigni is not responsible for lost shipments.
You should allow two weeks for your return to be processed. We will send you an email notification when your return has been processed. Your refund will be processed to the payment type of your original order.
