The Colonel, LLC Commerce Conduct Statement and Legal Jurisdiction Agreement
www.ColonelBlades.com (referred herein as The Website) is owned and operated by The Colonel, LCC, the sole manufacturer and distributer of The Colonel and The LowVz knives. All users of The Website agree that all interaction through The Website, including purchase activity, is subject to policies stated in the Terms & Conditions below, and agree to familiarize themselves with and therefore comply with said Terms & Conditions. Additionally, all users of The Website agree that the state laws of Pennsylvania and the federal law of the United States will govern these policies, as well as any disputes that might arise between any prospective or active customer and The Colonel, LLC.

The Website contains video content which overviews and describes, in abbreviated format, the key features and capabilities of The Colonel and The LowVz knives. This video content is strictly marketing material, and is not developed for, and therefore not intended to serve as, OR be utilized as, proper or formal training with The Colonel or The LowVz knives. The Colonel, LLC expressly denies any claims that product training can be derived from site content, or that the content provides any manner of training. Additionally, The Colonel, LLC strongly recommends and encourages all buyers/users of The Colonel and/or The LowVz knives to participate in proper, formal training in the use of these knives. Finally, all content, whether video or text, within The Website, is directed to and provided for mature audiences who govern their conduct toward the practice of combatives intelligently and responsibly. The Colonel, LLC expressly disclaims use of site content, either video or text, by customers who seek to increase and/or utilize their combatives knowledge, and/or capabilities, via use of The Colonel, LLC products for primarily and purposefully destructive, disruptive, disreputable, or unlawful conduct or activity, private or pubic; and accordingly, The Colonel, LLC denies claims of liability of such manner of use of its products.
If you are not sure about the legality of any item for sale on our website, you must contact your local District Attorney’s Office or other local counsel and ask them if you can carry or own suspected items in your state or jurisdiction. The purchaser, user or participant assumes all risk of injury from any use.
The Colonel, LLC Limited Warranty
The Colonel, LLC warrants to the original buyer/owner that the knife will be free from defects in material, finish, and/or workmanship. Excluded from this warranty are physical abrasions to the knife from regular wear, resharpening of the blade; damage caused by neglect of the knife, or by improper sharpening of the knife; disassembly of the knife; use of the knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel, punch, hammer, or to function in any similar fashion as any impact work tool. Evidence of use of the knife in these capacities strictly voids the warranty.
The Colonel, LLC will repair or replace, at company discretion, knives returned and found to be defective by The Colonel, LLC. The knife must be shipped by the purchaser/original owner, prepaid and insured; the shipment must contain a written description of the problem and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale, packing slip, and a copy of the original charge or credit receipt showing original date of purchase. Before shipping knife back, email us via email@example.com to give us notice of the impending warranty return so that we may understand the complaint and work toward a prompt and satisfactory resolution. The Colonel, LLC will cover the return shipment costs for valid warranty returns.
Knives & Blades: We stand behind our products 100%. We subject them to the highest standards in the industry and strive to make each as perfect as possible. We warrant that this product is free of defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, resharpening, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly. Remember, anything can break or fail if subject to sufficient abuse. So please do not use this product inappropriately. No knife or sword should be used as an axe, hatchet, screwdriver or prybar.
Non Blades: We stand behind our products 100%. We subject them to the highest standards in the industry and strive to make each as perfect as possible. We warrant that this product is free of defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly. Remember, anything can break or fail if subject to sufficient abuse. So please do not use this product inappropriately.

Purchase & Order Policy
No person or persons less than 18 years of age will be allowed to order knives on The Website. Customers are limited to five (5) knives per order. Knives are expressly for personal use and resale of any materials purchased on www.colonelblades.com is strictly prohibited. The Colonel, LLC reserves the right to review and assess customer purchase history for indications of either underage sale, or of resale-associated purchase activity, and under such circumstances The Colonel, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, and terminate or cancel orders at their discretion to ensure compliance with stated purchase policy.

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. The Colonel currently cannot process and/or ship any order internationally.
Your order will be processed once we receive bank authorization and verification of your credit/charge/debit card. We normally take 1-2 days to process the order for shipping. Then orders typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays, for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. So please allow that for 4-8 business days from day of order to receive your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy for WEBSITE ONLY Orders
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Regarding items that you order from www.colonelblades.com, if such item does not meet your expectations, then, subject to the conditions herein:
1. Returns for Refund of WEBSITE ONLY Orders: simply return the knife to us for a refund, minus original shipping cost. Follow the return instructions included in your original shipment. Merchandise must be returned unused in new condition, in its original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original order placement date. Prior to making a return, you must contact Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org to alert our team to the in-coming return. Send your item back via your choice of shipping carrier. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of your returned item, as well as any and all applicable policies of the shipping carrier. Once returned item is received and inspected we will credit back your purchase price minus original shipping cost. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days from our receipt of the returned item for your credit card refund transaction to complete. No refund will be issued on knives that have been obviously used.
2. Changes or Cancellations of WEBSITE ONLY Orders If you’d like to cancel or change your online order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order fulfillment process is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process.
